After a fire destroyed the home of Larry Jenesky, of "All Things Basementy" fame, contacted us to help design his new home. The design included mechanical, electrical, and fire protection system that enhanced the comfort and safety of his family, home, and property. Approximately 15,000 sq. ft.
Located in Armonk NY, the Miller residence was designed by a preeminent architect. We worked with the architect and owners to ensure a safe and comfortable home. The designed included MEP, fire alarm, and sprinkler system. Approx. 14,000 sq. ft.
Located in Armonk, NY, we worked with the architect and homeowner to provide top notch mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire protection systems. The end result is an outstanding home with great temperature and humidity control as well as fire protection. Approx 16,000 sq. ft.
The Zarifian residence proved a challenge due to the additions to the original floorplan. Multizone heat pumps were used to optimize comfort and minimize installation costs.

The magnificent Weitzman residence located in Armonk NY was design by a preeminent architect specializing in high end homes. David Cruz Engineering integrated a top notch mechanical system providing temperature and humidity control.

The residence Gagliardi residence is located near the Cos Cob Harbor in Riverside Connecticut. DCE worked with the owner, architect, and contractor to ensure a sound structure for the project. Helical piles were used due to the proximity to water.
